Law and Order SVU
Watching Olivia Benson and Elliott Stabler — and sometimes Ice-T and Munch— take down sexual predators in NYC warms the cockles of our hearts. Stabler screaming at innocent perps and Benson bullying confession out of the bad guys is just what we need before drifting off to sleep right now.

The Karens
The stray dog crisis is out of fucking control in the U.S. Shelters are at capacity and rescues are overwhelmed, The Karens are a nonprofit in Detroit — a city with one of the highest stray dog populations in the country — that works to keep dogs with their owners and out of the shelter system through education and care. They provide pet food, dog houses, funds for veterinary care, and help people displaced from housing keep their pets. We’ve been donating to them for a couple of years now and will keep doing it, damnit.
